To check the process of road tax delivery status you will receive an email with a unique “Order ID” from ‘Touch n Go wallet’ within 2 working days when you have done submission of your application.

You just need to do the following,

Just click on the ‘Track Order’ option in the email

Copy your ‘Order id’ and then open your Touch n Go eWalet  > ‘Road Tax’ > Scroll down and look for Track Your Order> paste your order ID in the search box > click on the ‘Check Now’ button.

if you did not receive your tax delivery in 5 working days you should contact the following number (+603-7491 0102 ) you can contact Monday to Friday 10 Am to 7 Pm or email at general@myroadtax.store to check your road tax delivery status.

Besides this, there are some other methods you can check your road tax status we have discussed below;

Check With Road Transport Authority JPJ

, you can visit your nearest office to inquire what is the status of your Road tax they will tell you all the details about that. Also, you can visit the JPJ website they have an online section for Road Tax details and delivery status.

Contact Delivery Services

If your Road Tax delivery coming through courier services then contact delivery services to inquire about your Road Tax. They will give information about your parcel if it’s not delivered to you just give them your tracking number.

Check Your Contact Information

Just check the contact details you have given in your application are accurate. If the details are incorrect it may delay your delivery process so make sure all details given are accurate.

  • visit your parcel delivery status
  • select a part you want to trace like you want to trace your Road Tax delivery sticker so i have to click on car Road tax and then process the next
  • If the status is In-Processing then our parcel has not yet been received by MYEG
  • If the status shows In-progress then it means The MYEG has prepared our parcel and sent it to courier services for delivery.
  • If it shows delivered then that means it is arrived at our home or the address we have provided.
